The couple weren't at the High Court this morning as they were granted decree nisi - effectively starting the final stages of the separating process.

They now have to work out how to share millions of pounds worth of assets.

Australian tax officials have lifted a controversial travel ban on Crocodile Dundee star Paul Hogan.

The 70 year old is in dispute over a tax bill which reportedly runs into millions of dollars.

Hogan, who now lives the United States, was barred from leaving Australia last month after flying back for his mother's funeral.
