When using our registration form, we ask you to provide us with your details. iRadio LTD only ask the user to disclose as much information as is necessary to submit a registration/mobile number/question/suggestion/comment in relation to our website or our services.

iRadio LTD will not sell or rent or give to any third party whatsoever any personally identifiable information about you.
However, it is our policy to co-operate with law enforcement authorities and with parties trying to enforce their legal rights. Therefore, if a law enforcement official or such a third party asks us for information about you, we may disclose that information where we think it appropriate to do so. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The following terms and conditions apply to i102-104 Floor Filler 2009 radio competition which will run from Monday 7th of September 2009 until Friday 30th of October 2009. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with i102-104’s General Contest Rules. Where there is an inconsistency, these terms will prevail.
1. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners will be requested on air by announcers from Tuesday 8th ofSeptember 2009 to register their details, mobile number and a statement as to why they should be chosen to be an entrant in this contest. The methods of entry are by completing an entry form on www.i102104.ie
Participants will be selected at the sole discretion of i102-104. The decision of i102-104 on who will participate in the contest is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Chance plays no part in the selection of participants.
Participants must be available to take their placeat the “i102-104 Floor Filler 2009 ” at i102-104’s request. It is the responsibility of the participants to obtain time off work/ or study or any other obligations so as to allow them to participate in the contest.
Persons under the age of 18 years are ineligible to enter this contest.

All participants must have a medical examination and produce a letter/certificate from a doctor stating they are fit to participate. They must be physically fit and have no ailments that may be exacerbated during the promotion. I102-104 has the right to decline entry on grounds of medical condition or history or any reason whatsoever.
Entrants are required to disclose whether they are pregnant, suffer from anxiety / panic attacks or claustrophobia, or suffer from arthritis of the spine, back, neck, knees, and legs.
2. DURATION OF PROMOTION
The final contestants will be individually selected on dates by i102-104.
Submissions will only be accepted via www.i102104.ie/floorfiller2009
Contestants will be selected and informed of their participation by way of a phone call. The contestant must be available at the time of choosing of i102-104.
i102-104 reserves the right at any time to terminate the contest.
The participants may not at any time agree between themselves to end their participation in the promotion and divide the prize between them. Any participant who breaks these rules will be ineligible to win the major prize.
i102-104 also reserves the right at any time to add a further element of the competition (based on skill) to determine a winner.
3. NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZE
The prize is non-transferable.
The prize is your very own show on i102-104 every weekend for six months. Time to be confirmed at later date.
It is a condition of entry that all participants must sign a general release of all claims in order to participate in this contest. Participants waive any and all claims against iRadio Ltd (trading as i102104) and participating sponsors, affiliates, employees and agents arising from any accident, loss and/or injury occurring as a result or consequence of this contest.
i102-104 reserves the right to discontinue, extend or alter these rules at any time.
All participants must nominate their next of kin and provide relevant contact details.
All decisions of i102-104 are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Participants are personally liable for any loss or damage they cause to any equipment/property in the course of this contest.
i102-104 is not responsible or liable for any loss of income incurred by the participants as a result of their taking part in the contest.
i102-104 reserves the right to discontinue the contest if in the opinion of the i102-104 Promotions Manager there is a risk to health or safety of any participant.
All participants acknowledge that i102-104 has the right to publicize their name and likeness and voice to promote the contest and their participation in the contest without paying additional compensation to the participants.
5. USE OF PHOTOS ETC.
All contestants acknowledge that it is a condition of entry that i102-104 has the right to publicize their names, characters, likenesses or voices for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition including publication by the way of radio broadcast or by way of the Internet
The participants may also be required by i102-104 to participate in a photo/video/film session and acknowledge that i102-104 has the right to use such publicity photos/video/film in any manner it sees fit.
I102-104 reserves the right to film or photograph the contest with Internet cameras and to download images from the Internet camera onto the i102-104 website regularly as determined by i102-104.
It is a condition of entering this contest that contestants consent to their entry being read out on air.
It is a condition of entry that the participants consent to being filmed or videotaped by any party authorized by i102-104 and that the resulting videotape or film or any part thereof may be used by i102-104or a party authorized by i102-104 for unlimited purposes including the promotion of the “Floor Filler 2009 ” promotion or any television program.
6. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from and indemnify i102-104 against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission otherwise.
Winners will be responsible for any/all taxes and costs incurred in relation to their receipt of any prizes.
Employees and their immediate families of i102-104 and participating sponsors, their officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliated participating sponsors, subsidiaries and co- sponsors are not eligible to enter.
The promoter is i102-104 Ltd trading as iRadio Ltd, Wellpark, Galway.
I acknoweldge that I have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Condititions of Floor Filler 2009 entry if and acknowledge that this consent is a condition of my being a participant.
